A continuously growing team means a continuous stream of vacancies. In this new position you are responsible for the influx of new talent. Not just any talent, but energetic, enterprising, creative minds who carry the 'Karsten DNA'.


You write catchy vacancy texts, set up online campaigns, proactively approach talent via the online CV databases, conduct interviews and provide great job market communication. You also think about how processes can run even more smoothly and streamlined and you proactively approach work with your eye for detail. In addition, you act as a business partner for management by providing advice on recruitment issues.


Your tasks at a glance:


  • Write content for vacancies and employer branding.
  • Setting up online campaigns.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews.
  • Search and approach potential talent.
  • Set up a talent pool.
  • Conducting salary negotiations.
  • Continuous improvement of employer branding, candidate experience and the employee journey.
  • Data analyses.
  • Responsible for the recruitment budget, -marketing, and -strategy.

Job requirements

Your talents and our job requirements

As a person you are energetic and open. You have excellent communication skills in both word and writing. In this position it is important that you dare to take initiative and that you have good analytical skills and persuasiveness.

In addition, you have:


  • HBO thinking and working level.
  • At least one year of experience in Recruitment, Marketing and/or HR.
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing is a must.
