A working day within the project management team looks different every day. Moreover, Karsten International is constantly on the move, and your personal development will certainly benefit from this. As a Hobby Coordinator, you supervise hobby development projects from A to Z and assist the managers in their daily activities. You form an important link between hobby team, buyers, design, marketing, quality and our manufacturers.

Your Role:

• Information Hub: Gather updates from the hobby team, prepare detailed reports, and communicate progress to buyers.
• Project Management: Oversee the entire development process—from the spark of an idea to the final prototype and sample testing.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with graphic designers and project managers to ensure smooth operations and innovative outcomes.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality of outputs and processes within the hobby team, ensuring top-notch products.
• Task Management: Distribute and track tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and projects stay on course.
• Market Insights: Stay ahead of hobby product trends and apply your commercial acumen to enhance our offerings.

What We’re Looking For:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Around three years in a relevant role.
• Skills: Strong project management abilities, and knowledge of product development processes.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in office software and project management tools.
• Social Media: Experience with social media platforms is a plus.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus).
