Supply Chain Planner

As a Supply Chain Planner, you are at the heart of our supply chain. You make sure our fulfilment centres have the right stock at the right time, while keeping inventory levels healthy and costs under control. By combining forecasts, historical data and market insights, you translate demand into effective supply and inventory plans. You work closely with colleagues across Purchasing, Logistics, Sales, E-commerce, Project Management and Finance. Together, you anticipate changes in demand, identify risks and opportunities and continuously improve the way we plan our supply chain. You report to the Head of Logistics.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing inventory and replenishment for our fulfilment centres, balancing product availability, stock levels and costs.

• Analysing demand patterns, historical data, lead times and market developments to create and improve forecasts.

• Working closely with Purchasing, Sales and other teams to translate forecasts and market insights into effective inventory plans.

• Identifying supply chain risks and opportunities and translating your analyses into clear recommendations for the business.

• Coordinating with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure products move efficiently through our inbound, storage and outbound processes.

• Leading regular demand reviews, monitoring forecast accuracy and adjusting plans when circumstances change.

• Supporting the logistics operation during peak periods when needed.

Your talents:

• HBO/Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Econometrics, Business Analytics or a related field.

• Strong analytical skills: you enjoy working with data and know how to turn complex information into clear insights and actions.

• Experience with demand planning, forecasting techniques and inventory management.

• Advanced Excel skills and experience working efficiently with ERP systems.

• Understanding of warehouse and logistics processes, combined with a strong awareness of costs.

• You are accurate and structured, while remaining calm and flexible when priorities suddenly change.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate easily with different disciplines, from warehouse operations to Sales and Finance.

• Experience with ADR regulations, HS codes and import processes is considered a plus.
