As our Team Lead Copywriting, you will take ownership of our content for packaging and manuals, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency. With a strong command of British English (C1/C2) and a preference for Dutch proficiency, you will write and oversee content that meets industry standards. More than just a writer, you will mentor and coach a team of copywriters, ensuring their work is top-notch and aligned with our brand identity.

Your leadership will help drive efficiency, quality, and innovation in our copywriting processes. You will collaborate closely with designers, product developers, and marketers to create content that informs and inspires.

• Leading and mentoring a team of copywriters

• Writing and reviewing packaging texts and manuals

• Managing translations for consistency and accuracy

Your talents

• British English C1/C2 (mandatory), Dutch proficiency preferred

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing or a similar role, preferably with leadership experience

• Familiarity with technical terminology in industries like electronics and medical devices

• Ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences

• Preferably experience with Grammarly or other editing tools

• Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail

• Proactive, with excellent proofreading, editing, and revision abilities

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international team environment
