32 - 40 hours 

Do you like the combination of artwork and project coordination? Than read further! 
As a traffic coordinator, you will work in a fast-paced environment and you will be part of our design team in which you encounter multiple artwork projects. 
In particular, it is your main task to coordinate different design tasks to our copywriters, product- and packaging designers while also updating other departments about the progress in each project. You enjoy working in fast-paced environment and you can easily switch between different projects while keeping the overview. 

Your tasks:

  • Manage project workflows and schedules to ensure timely delivery of packaging projects.
  • Assign tasks to team members based on their skills, availability, and project priorities.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential bottlenecks or issues that may impact deadlines or deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including designers, copywriters, and production staff, to ensure smooth project execution and communication.
  • Serve as a liaison between different departments to facilitate collaboration and alignment on project goals and requirements.
  • Track project resources, ensuring that projects are delivered within scope and budget constraints.
  • Communicate project status, timelines, and deliverables to the head of design internal teams and clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or changes.
  • Implement project management tools and systems to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

Job requirements

What we are looking for:

• HBO thinking and working level
• > 5 years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge of the products used
• Masters the English language, spoken and written
• Masters time management at personal and project level
• Knowledge of and experience with project management
• Knowledge of the products
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office and the computer systems in which work is done
