You’ll be instrumental in ensuring new colleagues have a smooth onboarding experience and that all HR records are kept accurate and up to date. You’ll proactively contribute ideas for improving processes and take initiative in your day-to-day work. This position also offers the opportunity to grow into a full HR Advisor role.

 

Job requirements

What will you do? 
As a Junior HR Advisor / HR Administrative Assistant, you'll work closely with the HR Advisor and HR Manager to ensure the smooth operation of daily HR tasks throughout the entire employee lifecycle. From contract administration and first-line HR support to offboarding, you’ll help bring structure to our HR processes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating the full onboarding and offboarding process in collaboration with Facility and IT. 

  • Drafting employment contracts, addendums, and other HR documentation. 

  • Processing personnel changes and employee data in Nmbrs. 

  • Supporting the payroll process by delivering all changes in a timely manner. 

  • Acting as the first point of contact for employees with HR-related questions. 

  • Keeping personnel files and HR systems up to date according to GDPR guidelines. 

  • Monitoring absences, probation periods, and contract extensions, and informing relevant stakeholders on time. 

  • Supporting internal strategic HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives. 

 

The Team 
You won’t be working alone, you’ll join a supportive HR team that includes an HR Advisor, HR Manager, Office Manager, and Recruiters.

 

What You Bring 

  • At least 2 years of experience in HR operations, administration, or supporting HR processes. 

  • A true team player who works well with departments such as IT, Facility, and Payroll. 

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ownership of your work. 

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written), service-oriented, and approachable. 

  • Comfortable in a dynamic work environment where flexibility and structure go hand in hand. 

  • Experience with HR systems such as Nmbrs is a plus. 

  • A bachelor's degree in HRM or a similar field, or demonstrable relevant work experience.
