IT Support Engineer

– 40 hours -

At the heart of our organization we are looking for an IT professional with a passion for helping colleagues. You are the one who is immediately called in when there are technical challenges. You understand that your colleagues count on you and ensure that they feel heard. With a completed IT education and several years of experience as a workplace manager/service desk employee, you have the knowledge and skills to quickly come up with solutions. You maintain an overview, explain clearly what you are doing and take the lead in complex situations. No day is the same, and that dynamic gives you energy!

What are you going to do:

• You are visible to end users on the work floor;
• You are there to support the end user;
• As an IT Support Engineer you work closely with the IT Service Desk. What this team cannot handle remotely, you can take over from them on-site;
• Design of workplaces (installation of hardware, software, telephones & laying of cables);
• Drawing up IT manuals and work instructions;
• Thinking about and working on process improvements.

Your talent

• You have good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude, both in Dutch and English
• A completed education at minimum MBO level 4 in the field of ICT
• 1 to 3 years of work experience as a workplace manager or service desk employee
• Hands-on mentality (proactive and solution-oriented)
• Knowledge of MAC, Windows 10 & 11
• You have experience with Office 365
• Knowledge of Intune & Azure AD (Entra ID) is an advantage
