Brand Manager (3)

We are looking for a Collection Merchandiser who can turn trends into commercially strong, well-executed collections. In this role, you’ll combine a strong eye for design with a practical, commercial mindset, translating market insights and data into clear product assortments and consistent visual direction.

You’ll be responsible for developing collections, creating sales-focused materials, and making sure the brand is presented consistently and effectively across all touchpoints, from catalogues to digital platforms.

Your responsibilities include:

• Trade Calendar Planning:
  Translate marketing strategies into clear and effective sales materials, including sales sheets and promotional assets. Contribute to trend forecasting by identifying relevant color palettes, design directions, and seasonal themes. Develop and coordinate point-of-sale (POS) materials to support retail campaigns and brand visibility across Karsten outlets.

• Retailer Activation:
  Manage and maintain the product catalogue, ensuring all information is accurate, up to date, and aligned with brand guidelines. Support retailer engagement by preparing tailored materials and ensuring product assortments are presented effectively to drive sales.

• eMerchandising:
  Ensure all product detail pages (PDPs) are complete, accurate, and optimized for conversion. This includes high-quality product descriptions, visuals, and key selling points, as well as consistency across digital platforms. Continuously monitor and improve online product presentation to enhance the customer experience and maximize performance. 

What we are looking for:

• 4–7 years of experience in a similar position.

• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).

• Strong sense of trends with a commercial mindset and a passion for lifestyle and non-food products.

• Highly developed eye for design, aesthetics, and product presentation, with a focus on quality and consistency.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate sales data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

• Excellent visual and storytelling skills, with attention to detail and brand consistency.
