At Karsten International, you will take the lead in our HR transformation as HR Business Partner. We’re growing rapidly, and that calls for a strong professional who can position HR as a true strategic partner. You’ll be responsible for shaping and safeguarding our People vision and strategy.

What You’ll Do
You’ll play a key role in supporting and guiding our managers in areas such as talent development, organizational change, performance management, and leadership growth. The overarching goal: to facilitate a healthy workforce that’s well-aligned with our continuously evolving operations, automation, and technical innovation.
You’ll do this by:
You understand the core operational and commercial dynamics of our business (FMCG and Retail) and apply sharp problem-solving skills to drive impactful people transformation initiatives.
You advise managers and team leads on HR topics like workforce planning, employee development, performance, and engagement. You are a visible partner.
You identify HR trends and translating them into actionable initiatives or policy proposals.
You are responsible for the implementation and execution of HR strategy within Karsten and also support change and transformation processes across the organization.
Collaborating with HR specialists to provide integrated, cross-functional solutions.
Monitoring HR KPIs and contributing to the ongoing optimization of HR processes.
Acting as a connector between Finance, IT, and Operations to ensure HR decisions are integrated and aligned across the business.
Your Support Team
You’re not alone in this. The HR team also includes an HR Advisor, Administrator, HR Manager, Office Manager and Recruiters.
Job requirements
What You Bring
Experience and understanding of retail operations and business processes.
Proven track record in fast-paced environments where agility and resilience are essential.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a forward-looking approach to organizational change, performance management, leadership development, and talent strategy.
A servant leadership mindset to help strengthen commercial and operational departments.
Experience in influencing and collaborating with C-level executives.
A self-starting, proactive mindset — you position yourself at the center of the organization and create value-driven HR business cases.
You bring structure, vision, and decisiveness. You set the direction and lead the execution, helping to build an agile, people-centric organization ready for growth and future success.
7–10 years of experience in a strategic HR role or boardroom-level HR environment.
