HR Intern

Your duties:

• Support with daily HR activities such as recruitment & selection, personnel administration and employee engagement.
• Thinking about HR processes and implementing improvements.
• Contributing to employer branding and attracting talent.
• Provide support in the development of training programs and facilitate onboarding.
• Actively participate in projects in the field of talent development and HR innovations.

Your talents:

• You are following an HBO or WO education, preferably in HR, Business Administration or Psychology.
• You are ambitious, analytical and not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
• You work proactively and dare to come up with good ideas.
• You are interested in developing brands.
• You have basic knowledge of HR processes.
• You have good communication skills and write easily.
