Purchase Assistant

32 - 40 hours per week

Do you want to combine your love for purchasing, multitasking and retail within an international working environment? That's possible with us!

In this challenging job you help with the development of cool products and offer support to the buyer in every area.

Your tasks will further consist of:

  • Coordinate and label incoming and outgoing product samples.
  • Ordering market references
  • Making price calculations for sales quotations.
  • Creating Power Point product presentations.
  • Testing of incoming product samples.
  • Other support services related to the purchasing department.
  • All other administrative tasks to relieve the buyer, such as booking trips, hotels, flights.

Job requirements

Your talents:

  • • At least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • • Completed MBO or HBO education in purchasing and/or administration.
  • • Good command of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written.
  • • Excellent knowledge and command of Microsoft Office; advanced in the use of Excel.
  • • Reliable, accurate and good administrative skills.
  • • You have an affinity with retail
  • • You are in possession of a driving license B.
