In this challenging position as a Sales Assistant (Inside Sales Support), you will provide support to your field sales colleagues wherever needed, with the goal of closing successful sales orders. 

Once the sale is closed, you will ensure that the administrative process runs efficiently and in an organized manner, guaranteeing smooth handling for both our national and international customers. 

In this role, you will be responsible for: 

  • Supporting the account managers in their sales activities. 

  • Ensuring and monitoring accurate and correct administration related to sales orders, product specifications, and customer data, such as preparing quotes and correctly and fully entering incoming customer orders. 

  • Handling all customer inquiries regarding product specifications and orders, both over the phone and digitally. 

  • Ensuring proactive collaboration and communication with other departments. 

Job requirements

As an inside sales support employee, you have a helicopter view, work in a structured and precise manner, and know how to set the right priorities. You proactively seek solutions, and "can't be done" is not in your vocabulary. 

Additionally, you have: 

  • Several years of experience in a similar role. 

  • HBO-level thinking and working ability. 

  • Solid knowledge of the Dutch and English languages. Proficiency in German and French is a plus. 

  • Strong Excel skills. 

  • Experience working with data management systems. 

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
