We are looking for a Senior Sales Assistant to support our Inside Sales team. In this role, you play a key part in driving sales success by preparing accurate documentation, maintaining high data quality, coordinating with internal teams and customers, and ensuring timely follow-up on critical actions. You will also actively follow up with customers and support key administrative processes that keep the sales engine running.

We are seeking someone with a solid retail background who thrives under pressure and feels comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders. You are proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with the confidence to ask the right questions, challenge assumptions when needed, and ensure priorities and KPIs remain aligned.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as the key contact for customers, handling inquiries regarding pricing, product information, and order status, and resolving issues via phone and email.

  • Providing administrative and sales support, including preparing quotations, order confirmations, and invoices, and maintaining accurate customer and product data.

  • Supporting senior sales account managers with customer follow-ups, key account coordination, and escalation handling.

  • Monitoring order progress, KPIs, and sales performance, ensuring timely delivery in close coordination with Logistics and other departments.

  • Contributing to process improvements, data quality, and efficient sales administration while ensuring compliance with internal policies.
