Your Role in our Team 

As a Digital Product Owner, you lead our digital projects and achieve visible results. Working with different teams, you turn complex problems into clear, practical plans that bring immediate outcomes, always aiming for constant improvement. You bring technical knowledge and an Agile mindset to keep our processes flexible and efficient.  When you encounter obstacles, you carefully analyze them and collaborate with colleagues to find the best solutions. You are responsible for making sure projects progress and achieve their goals, making quick and effective adjustments when needed. Your commitment ensures that important projects run smoothly, and larger initiatives are successfully implemented within the organization. 

You closely work with several departments, such as the management team, IT, buying, eCommerce, logistics, operations, and customer service, to improve systems and processes. You focus on technical solutions and ways to make work processes simpler and more efficient for everyone involved in our operations

What will you do? 

  • Manage your squad backlog: you will need to priorities together with the team what needs to be done; 

  • Maintain a well-defined product roadmap, ensuring prioritization of features based on business value, customer feedback, and market trends; 

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with product goals, creating a balance between customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility; 

  • Be part of the day-to-day of your Squad and our Product Owner Chapter; 

  • Project Management: You manage digital projects from start to finish, monitor progress, ensure timely delivery, and keep budgets and quality standards in mind.  

  • Process Optimization: You critically analyze existing processes, implement improvements, and ensure continuous innovation. 

  • Communication and Collaboration: You maintain regular communication with stakeholders, understand their challenges, and transform these into improvements within our systems 

  • Training and Support: You challenge the team to continually improve together, assist them in adopting new practices, and guide them in implementing Agile methodologies.

Job requirements

Requirements 

Who are we looking for? 

  • A bachelor's or master's degree and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within digital, e-commerce, or the commercial sector. 

  • Knowledge of e-commerce systems such as CMS, ERP, and experience with project management tools. 

  • Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset, with a passion for process improvement. 

  • Ability to handle stress, with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders. 

  • Comfortable in a dynamic, innovative environment and able to quickly adapt to different responsibilities.
