Your Role in our Team
As our IT Project Manager, you lead our projects to achieve visible results. Working with different teams, you turn complex problems into clear, practical plans that bring immediate outcomes, always aiming for constant improvement. You bring technical knowledge and an Agile mindset to keep our processes flexible and efficient. When you encounter obstacles, you carefully analyze them and collaborate with colleagues to find the best solutions. You are responsible for making sure projects progress and achieve their goals, making quick and effective adjustments when needed. Your commitment ensures that important projects run smoothly, and larger initiatives are successfully implemented within the organization.
You closely work with several departments, such as the management team, IT, buying, eCommerce, logistics, operations, and customer service, to improve systems and processes. You focus on solutions and ways to make work processes simpler and more efficient for everyone involved in our operations
What will you do?
Align Stakeholders & Drive Strategy – Work closely with teams to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility while resolving challenges and driving continuous improvements.
Ensure Smooth Project Execution – Proactively follow up on tasks, remove roadblocks, and keep projects moving forward efficiently.
Facilitate Cross-Team Collaboration – Lead discussions between product, engineering, and business teams to streamline workflows and optimize processes.
Prioritize & Manage Workflows – Maintain a well-structured backlog, ensuring that the right work is tackled at the right time based on business impact.
Optimize Systems & Processes – Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, implement best practices, and drive continuous innovation.
Create Clear Documentation & Tickets – Ensure transparency by maintaining clear, structured documentation and well-defined tickets for the development team.
Roadmap & Project Management – Define future initiatives based on business value, customer insights, and market trends while managing projects from start to finish.
Coach & Support Teams – Guide teams in adopting Agile methodologies, drive improvements, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Job requirements
Requirements
A bachelor's or master's degree and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within digital, e-commerce, or the commercial sector.
Knowledge of e-commerce systems such as CMS, ERP, and experience with project management tools.
Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset, with a passion for process improvement.
Ability to handle stress, with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, people skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Comfortable in a dynamic, innovative environment and able to quickly adapt to different responsibilities.
