As Data Entry Manager, you are responsible for the accurate entry and processing of data within our company. You ensure that all product information is correct and up-to-date in our ERP system, Business Central. You play a crucial role in ensuring data integrity, which is essential for our daily operations.  

Your tasks will also include:

  • Processing various data and entering various data into our ERP system and the Karsten Vendor Portal Checking data for accuracy and completeness.

  • Checking data for accuracy and completeness. 

  • Working with various departments to ensure that data is consistent and up-to-date. 

  • Coordinating and maintaining the 'photo database'.  

  • Signaling, resolving and/or reporting (administrative) bottlenecks. 

Job requirements

Your talents  

To be successful in this position: 

  • You are very accurate and critical.  

  • You have strong administrative skills and do not hesitate to ask for information when data or information is provided incompletely.  

  • You have a structured and stable personality and know better than anyone that everything depends on a correct database.  

  • You have at least an MBO work and thinking level Is able to check his/her own work. 

  • Has a good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing. 

  • Is handy with Microsoft Office Has experience working in an ERP system (we work with Microsoft Business Central). 

  • Has no difficulty working within an international team.
