How we hire
Our hiring process is thorough, to ensure we make the right decision and to help you to decide if we're the right fit for you.
1. Getting to know you
The first conversation will be between you and our recruiter. The screening takes 10-15 minutes. The goal is to get a first impression and to provide an opportunity to ask questions about the company and the function of interest.
2. First interview
In your first interview, the management team takes a deeper dive into your experience and the expectations of both parties will be discussed.
3. Capacity Test
Depending on the function, an assessment like a practical assignment or a capacity test may be used to measure the match between you and the function you're applying for.
4. Second interview
You made it to the last stage! However, depending on the department, you will have a final conversation with the management. Do you have important questions? Don't forget to ask them in your last meeting.
5. Hired!
We hope you will do great during your interviews and blow us of our feet. In this phase you will receive an offer. When you accept the offer, you will be part of the Karsten team!
